alibaba, how do you request receiver to add you as a contact first???

i'm trying to send a message in alibaba, but it keeps on saying

"Please ask the receiver to add you as contact first. Otherwise he/she can not receive your message"

i'm pulling my hair out trying to fugure this out, can't see any options at all

do any of the techies here know?

Have you signed up for alibaba? I usually sign in and then can send a message Or send them an email if they have a web site listed.

signed up with alibaba, when i sign in and try to send a message to a certain seller, it says you cant sendause the seller has to add you in their contact list first

yes,just Register and get one ID on alibaba,and then you can do it
