Kyozou
Hey guys,
I have been using the kyozou platform for over 8 years now and I have to say in general the whole system is excellent. It is very much like ownig a virtual warehouse. It does everyhting I can possibly need. You can have as many eBay, paypal and Amazon account under one Kyozou account as you want. It is unlimited. Adding inventory is very easy and once in the system, you can duplicate it, modify as many times as you want so you dont have to create a new lisitng for each eBay account.
One of the best features is the intergration with UPS. Basically once a buyer orders something from your ebay account, Kyozou is intergrated into eBay so the buyers just checks out as normal and is guided to PayPal to make payment. Once payment is made, the system update and you just go to the shipping section each day, click on a few buttons and hey presto, you have a thermal label machine spurining out your orders. I can print 50 orders a day in about 5 minutes.
It is very easy to manage your listings as you can even look at all your inventory. order, sales etc all under one screen, rather than switching from account to account.
You can also intergrate with many different payment providers, PayPal, authorize.net, world pay and so on.
You can set up seller accounts, with ebay, Amazon and Overstock.com
As far as the cost goes, I have been with them for a while now so I have not been affected by the new pricing structure, but on average it costs me $330 per month, but I do large volume. I understand that this might be too much if you do small volume, but there are other methods to pay that are cheaper.
it is a no brainer for me as without the system I would have to hire an extra 2 staff to cope with the work load.
Tech support is great too ( as long as you get the right tech on the line. I just ask for my usual guy each time I need help as he is great) for any minor tech issues I have had in the past.
I also have a website, which is platformed through Kyozou. It is a little basic platform, but works great too. The bonus is that all my years of setting up listing items into kyozou and I can just use the same lisitngs on my website.
Anyway, I dont want to go on and on ( as it sounds Like I work for the sales team, but i dont). All in all a great system
