Default iOffer NPB fees - How do I handle this?

Guys,

This is something about iOffer that is really annoying me.

I had several sales on iOffer whose buyers didn't pay.

iOffer is sending me an invoice which includes all those unpaid transactions fees (that are... 70% off the total sales!). I want to pay but only the 30% of the fees which correspond to the items that I have been paid for.

They refuse to accept the payment and only accept the 100% of it. I want to fill the Non-Paying Buyers sreport but these are only enabled no less than 21 days after the purchase! (On a sidenote: my experience says that if the buyer hasn't paid within two hours, the payment will never happen).

So, I *might* get the fees back but in 21 days, which is far after the invoice date. In other words: I have to "pay first and cry later". The other problem is that this becomes a snowball, because month by month there are more and more NPB's.

How should I handle this? At this point I would prefer them to suspend my account for not paying fees, but there is NO way that I will pay fees for the sales that have been not completed. I have the best intentions to pay what I am supposed to, but I won't be giving one more extra cent of my hard earned money to them.

They should learn from Bonanza: they only charge the sold item fees as long as the payment has been received.

Please advice. I would really to read like your opinions.

Thanks!

Yeah, I always hated that they made sellers wait so long to file nonpaying disputes against the buyers, but it's just the way it is. Wait it out until the day you can file disputes, and do it ASAP.

I remember back in the day a buyer never paid, and I couldn't file a dispute, because I had to wait a "certain" amount of days, so I contacted him asking what the problem was, and the idiot left me positive feedback meaning I had no other choice, but to pay fees for the item he bought, because once they leave positive feedback you can't file a dispute against them for skipping payment. The fee was $20 something!!! LOL, man I was upset, this was back when i sold nintendo wii's on there when they first came out. A long time ago.
