Default Ioffer like to steal my money!!!

I think ioffer is greedy, some buyer offer to buy and I accept the offer, then they never pay, but ioffer do charged my final value fee.

It charged around $20, but I sold nothing.

How do you guys deal with such things?

Thank you.

iOffer wouldn't answer emails to remove $2.00 off my account for fees they needed to return to me. I just started a new account. They don't have a handle on things over there yet. BTW I ping my auctions so that they appear first in my category. iOffer moves items up the search list according to views, so I ping my items from google, yahoo, bing etc from any website I want and they move to the first page of iOffer. lol I've been selling so much stuff over there doing that.

It seems to me it does happen a lot on Ioffer.
Here is what I found:

Important information about Non-Paying Buyers

If you have made a transaction that has not been honored by the buyer and would like to request a refund on the final value fee, and any unused portion of your premium listing fees, please try and resolve this issue with the buyer first. This feature will not be available until 21 days after the transaction date and will no longer be available 45 days after the transaction date.

Before you may designate a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB), you must first send a second invoice (request for payment notice) to the buyer. To do this please visit the Items Sold area of My iOffer and click on the Send Invoice button next to the disputed transaction. The “File Non-Paying Buyer” link will be available only after sending the second invoice and 21 days after the date of the transaction.

Non-Paying Buyer requests will not be processed using this form.

Sucks but worth a try!

I also sell on there, they do take 10% but with your situation, I emailed cust svc and they have credited me every time and now they do it automatically after 10 days with unregistered buyers.
