Default Play.com stealth account

Has anyone ever tried to open a play.com stealth account..?

It seems like the can actually match your bank account details to a name so its impossible i.e they always find out and block you.

I have also tried signing up before.

If you do not have a brick and motor store. Be prepared to prove that you have been selling on other sites (established selling history). They will ask for your links to eBay, Amazon store e.t.c.

If you have an already established account with feedback on Amazon on eBay..you can provide them the link. Make sure when you sign up the name of your Amazon store for example matches the store name you want to use on their sites, and perhaps the same products you intend to sell should also appear on your Amazon, ebay or other sites where you claim to have an established history.

In my experience. It's allot easier if you have a brick and motor store to sell on play.com and buy.com.

I have tried some stealth, it would get you nowhere has, all details should match. So wht bother or waste your time on Play Com....

In my opinion Play Com is hard and really mess you about. I would never touch this company again.
I had everything going good until they really make life hell. Keep your money at months at end.

Stealth is no use, has all details have to match. They do block you if anything is not matching.

So why waste your time and effort.

It's not possible for them to find out the name of someone's bank account, so how do they know if you are stealth?.

Perhaps they check the electoral roll for new accounts?

I think it was number two to amazon for a fair few years in the UK, so yes. I only found out yesterday that it is only a marketplace now. I will look into opening a non stealth account.

Playcom is a nut case head people, i have a good account, eventually got around it...everything is real details. I sold items, when i transfer the funds to my account, they email me to ask the usual things, invoices, tracking etc etc, i provided them and pass.
Then my account was good to go, was assured by thier staff. Today it is suspended, i called in and the staff goes to me, it was a mistake, this accoutn should not have been active. Yeh right, made me sell my items over the weekend.again...reason tracking number required, which i have provided them.
In my opnion, these people do really mess you about, eb and az is way to easy to them.

You would not get any reply from them, call in it is the same usual reply.

So, if was you, just stay away from them....they rotten and really give you a real pain

All i know...selling on these platform is very hard and everyday is like a battle.
