Accept credit card payments without registered company

Is there any company providing credit card payment gateway without asking for a registered company?
Also without placing 1-2 months hold over the payments?

Welcome to the forums. For your first question, it is possible to do so with stripe or ccnow (might need some creativity) but your second question...there will likely be an initial hold. Why worry about holds?

Money held for 1-2 months is not useful unfortunately.

Those services may not required registered company documents right away - but if you pull in a LOT of money, it may be asked.

Do they hold payments? If yes, for how long? Or they hold a percent of transactions, like 5-10% ?

Edit: seems like Stripe is not available in my country.
