Does anyone use Payoneer money request ?

if yes, what is your opinion and experience (good or bad) compared to Paypal ?
Do they also hold your money 180 days for imaginary reasons too ? worse ? better ?

I usually send PP invoices to my customers, but I want to use Payoneer for customers who already bought something to me, any advice would be welcome

i tried the echeck, but it need id and bank statement to confirm
