Advise on a Payment processor for Shopify website?

Do you know a payment processor can be used for Shopify that can be activated without docs?

Shopify intergrates great into stripe directly in the admin panel. You won’t need docs at the start but once you hit 1800eur you will need to submit some

I think it's for major brand item etc .. I had this done before and had to show receipts etc for wholesale purchases i made etc.. it was headache.

But if i'm doing like non brand non copyrighted items like manufacturing goods usually doesn't need it
