how to verify merchant acc with ebay?
 

im sorry if i had repeated the question
In the ebay stealth,it advised us: when signing a merchant account be sure to use your real details? but in order to verify the merchant account as ebay stealth said: we have to fax the merchant bank statement which show the name and address.

Im so confused this,cause almost people here create an ebay with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details therefore if we fax the merchant statement with our real name,address it ,ofcourse it doesn't match and never be verified with ebay, am i right?
can anyone explain to me or is it fine if we can change the detail in merchant acc later to mathc with ebay details

furthermore,can we use 1 merchant acc for multiple ebay acc, or only 1 merchant for 1 ebay acc

I've been dying for someone to answer this question. I too want to know about verifying merchant acct. If I fax statement with my name I will probably get linked to 1 of my other accts.

Add me to the list. How can I send the merchant info to Ebay when it has my REAL information? Furthermore, how do we know for sure the approved merchant accounts (Paymate, Moneybookers etc) WON'T share the information? Starting a merchant account in the Stealth name is not possible because they want a SS#

Same way you would supplying any of the docs Paypal might request on a stealth account.

Here's my situation - any advice - I got creative-blacked out merchant number and faxed, received reply - can't black out number - now what?

try and change the info using some online editor like photoshop. like as for the phone number get another number etc etc. creative.

In can be creative, but do they actually verify the info? Need to know soon before ss# req comes calling from paypal. Holding my breath.
