CCNOW starting to pull Paypal and Google tactics.
 

My ccnow account has been working fine since april 08 but the last few orders i have been getting either they are canceled them or they will say awaiting batch order and never process where i can charge or even cancel the orders! Its like the orders stuck in limbo and the buyers are worried cause they where charged but i cant do nothing in fear that they will be canceled. I emailed ccnow to see what the problem is and why i cant charge the orders.

Figured it was just a matter of time .... Keep us posted on how it turns out

i emailed them and they said the payments were declined by buyers credit card or the payments where under review. i think its under review cause if it was declined it would had already be canceled.

Ive had same problems this week (so have a few other people I know of). Hopefully its just a temporary technical thing

its day 3 and its still under waiting batch order :mad: i guess there only review man must be on vacation!

I know CCNOW does authorization holds until you mark them as shipped and will refund them if you don't ship in 5 business days.

The orders people pay me i have no record of them no email or nothing. Only way i found out about them is the buyers email me the order # then when i look them up it says awaiting batch order and i cant charge it or cancle it.

i email ccnow which they where no help they acted like it was under review or the cards go declined but i think there pulling a google checkout and not wanting to process my orders :mad: So i been useing paypal for now and i guess i will open a new ccnow account and start the 45 day process over again :faint:

The thing google checkout and 2checkout do is if they suspend you they refund every payment ever made to you back to the buyer no matter how old. Google checkout (along with other sites like fastmail.fm) will also give you an "invalid" password when it bans you, though I heard google checkout stopped that.

If it's not under pending orders, then maybe the order had problems. Did CCNOW say they paid by paypal or credit card? If it's only credit card doing that, then maybe their card got declined. A lot of buyers get their card declined due to AVS, card code, and other issues.

Also, have all your orders stopped going through or have only some of them stopped going through?

You need to call CCNOW's number and inquire until they explain what is happening.

Yeah i havent had a order in about a week on ccnow i dont know if people are paying or not cause they dont show up by email and in the account overview.

I might test it out and send my self a payment from my gift card to my ccnow and see if it works or gets stuck in awaiting batch orders.

I did get a email from ccnow few days before this started saying some crap about items im saleing is different then the ones listed on my site which i got a site but never use it nor gave it to them. They sent it along with the prohibted items list. I probly wont call ccnow cause i have way to much money tied up in it and it something gose wrong or if they want to verfiy this and verfiy that then they could pull a paypal and lock my money up in there. My next payments in a few days onces all my money is out i will give them a call.

I had one suspended account in CCnow and they are holding my money, its almost 2 months now and still holding it, how long will they release my money

I got the same message about prohibited item list, sounds more like they are having some kind of problems and using this as an excuse as my items were very different to the ones doughboykilla is selling through ccnow. I also made a couple of payments to a seller who uses ccnow and he never got the email saying that an order had been made but the money was still taken- I had to do a chargeback in the end after ccnow's reply when asked about it was- "sorry, we cannot help you with this, contact the seller"

No but replica items are on the prohibited list. They don't even give you a PayPal invoice and supplier info chance to "prove" anything. In fact they didnt even contact me to say they had stopped taking payments, first I had was from a buyer who couldn't pay, took me 3 days to get an email response from CCNow- a very brief one. "we can't help you"

what is wrong with ccnow, they keep suspending me for every time I opened a new one.

Terminated my account as well! Seems i was making more money then to there liking so they i was in volition and suspended my account. CCNOW has ass fees. I just started using paypal again and much happier cause i get paid every other day instead of every 15 days.

bobby2000 u will have to change your ip address and delete cookies and flash cookies cause they keep track of all this. And use a stealth idenity
