Alert Pay

I am not sure if anyone has had experience in dealing with Alert Pay.

But , I do !

Alert Pay is 100% No Pay.

They talk a good one, but they're the worst.

I have been dealing with them for 4-6 months and it is one issue after the next with them. A real pain in the brain.

If you have funds in your account you cant withdraw more than $100. They will shut you down after that.

I had 3 withdrawals reversed in the last week. $500, $500, $1500.

This is long after there 7 day hold on funds.

Contacting them by phone is, 1 hour on hold and $15.00 in cell phone minutes. You have to call to Canada. No, 1-800 Number. It is all on your Dime and Time.

Then you have to hang up. No one ever answers.

Alert Pay, Email support is a 2-3 day turn around.

You can't refund a customer within their interface. You have to get permission from Alert Pay, then wait 6 days or more.

They are a real disaster waiting to happen to, you !

PayPal will treat you much better (can't believe I said that).

I have close to $3000 in my account now. Can't get it out.

My last orders I refused to provide to customers and contacted the customers and explained to them that I requested Alert Pay, to refund there payments.

Alert Pay, is outside of the U.S.A. and do not have to adhere to certain laws.

Stay Away and Off, the Alert Pay, No Pay, No Way Shuffle !

They will not be in business too long !

Alert Pay, is a well calculated Scam, payment processor !

:mad2: Don't waste your time with them. :mad2:

Thanks for your feedback, really the payment processors I only recommend are PayPal and Google Checkout. The rest are a joke.

Also try a real Merchant account one day with Authorize.Net, you'll find you have more control with your own merchant account rather just a payment processor.

Yeah, you are right on the money with that one.

I wasted a lot of time with those Alert Pay Clowns. They make Pay Pal seem very attractive.

I didn't think that was possible !

I'm not sure about google checkout have you seen their prohibited list? it's like a mile long. I sold 3 software bundles on ebay and they already gave me a warning that you can't sell any type of media. You gotta to be real careful with google checkout even more so than paypal I think. I asked them for a list of accepted items since their prohibited list was so long and they said they didn't have one.

Now paypal on the other hand, they feed on counterfeiters, just look at ebay's prohibited list compared to other sites, it's a fraction of the size. They just don't like newbies, in order to become a seasoned pro you need to be suspended lots of times, unless you're fast learner like me of coarse. I think having multiple paypals is the way to go.
