Unhappy CCNOW Dispute Claim about merchandise

A buyer bought a item on Ebay and paid with CCNOW he claims I sold him ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise


He has opened a Dispute case Resouliton on CCNOW. Claim: ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise


But I do not want to refund him money?

I want to know what would happen I got a Tracking number will that make it where i win?

What happen if he files a Dispute with his card company I`m not sure if he paid with paypal or Credited card on CCNOW

How were you able to sell a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item using CCNOW in the first place? They restricted mostly everything.

More to the point why? Why are you pulling a dumb 'I don't want to refund stunt?' Your customer has a complaint. CCNow will close your account. Your ebay might get suspended and you're crying over a refund?

Need too make money theirs nothing wrong with the merchandise except how it was made if you looked at u could`t tell that's all it is how the weight feels is the issue

0. I want too make money
1. Stealth ACCOUNT Ebay (DO not care get close aanyways I just get another one do not see it getting close over this but I do seeing it getting close for $250 in fees
2. I do not sell normal ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items people sell on ebay
3. Non of my Questions got answered : (

None of your questions got answered because maybe others can see no point to answer them. Answering one question as I think that's more than fair of me

A tracking number will mean little for a dispute that claims the item is foo-foo. Customer HAS THE NAFFIN ITEM already. What use is a tracking number

Sky, I've no problems with your wish to make money. Good for you. But to make money you need to start to learn how to do it. Fine have a little dummy spit here. Start to realize really soon there are ways to make money and ways to lose money.

Did you list the item as counterfeit? If so, then yes, fight the chargeback. If not, have the customer ship it back and issue a refund.

That's the problem with your special, normal but foo-foo items.
CCNow could look at the claim, not be so interested in your defense and close the account. That means they might also hold whatever funds in that CCNow account for quite sometime.

No I was just saying that because you told me too refund him refund 1 person next everyone gets a refund . Thats just how I see it.


Here are my options:

Enter a resolution:

A)Provide tracking method and number.

B)Merchandise has been re-shipped.

C) Return instructions have been provided to consumer.

D) Issue refund to consumer.

E) Other resolution. (Please provide details).

Do you all of your customers have a club where they just want to buy stuff from you and then return it?

If he's saying it's f@ke, have him return it, and issue a refund. What's the big deal?

lol sky you are being a little too stubborn considering you are selling CF's, take the return, provide a full refund to keep your business smooth, if you were acting like that selling with PP, you would be shut down long ago

If you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, just issue the refund and be happy that your customer does not file a police report.

If the customer just claims it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but it is real, then produce a receipt or distributor information and MAYBE, JUST MAYBE you can win - although it is still unlikely.

Wild guess from your post... Is this a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Rolex? I have seen the real ones and the ⊗⊗⊗⊗, the real Rolex is a HEAVY watch. The ⊗⊗⊗⊗ are usually not so heavy which is a dead giveaway.

Real or bogus, a customer wants to return an item so let him. Why risk neg feedback or losing accounts that bring in money just to tell one guy to beat it? Its not worth it at all. And with all due respect, dumb.

And a restocking fee? Are you serious? He thinks its ⊗⊗⊗⊗. And probably is. And you want to charge a restocking fee??? That will piss him off you can count on that.

And it doesn't matter what you want to do anyway... If someone wants a refund they get one. Period. One call to credit card company and its all over. So you may lose item and cash if you fight with him...

Politely take it back, refund him, re sell it, move on and make more money.... Such a no brainier.

+1, offer to accept the return for a full refund...

Don't let 1 person bring down your entire operation. You will suffer a small loss, but unless you have a backup payment plan, that person can bring down your whole CCnow operation.
