From Ebay customer service agent:

"Under payment methods, you offer other payment methods option and mention in the description about accepting MoneyBookers and let the buyers know how to pay through MB. You can mention it is your primary method etc but if buyer wants to pay via PayPal, you have to accept payment via PayPal."
