How do you get people to pay when they buy it now... and then go straight to paypal to pay? Usually buyers pay immediately, i can't type the email fast enough for google checkout... any tips?

You could try adding a statement in the auction such as "After you buy it now, please contact me before sending payment." and try to see if they'll agree...
