Business name?
 
Paymate requires a business name. Do they check that, or should I just make something up?

They check everything with documentation if needed. You can't really stealth your way through that.

I just put my real name. Apparently in the USA a business name only needs to be registered if you don't want to do business as yourself. (IE microsoft could not have a dba and be called Bill Gates Inc)

I'll see where this goes.

So do they verify the existence of the name?
i.e. John Smith, sole proprietor of John Smith Enterprises really lives at 123 Main St.
