| savez | 11-15-2010 10:29 PM | Linking Merchant account I have a Merchant account with Authorize.net through Flagship Merchant Services. If I set up a new EBAY account and I use the Merchant Account do the EBAY name and address have to match the Merchant Account? Ebay now requires checkout through Ebay only. They're getting wiser. So, when I give them my Merchant Account login name and key will they have access to all my information and be able to track me? . |
bushleaguer666 | 12-13-2010 02:03 AM | Can someone please answer this. I have the same question as well. Thanks in advance |
heyprodj | 04-24-2011 07:00 PM | I'm curious too! |
bansheezone | 05-06-2011 12:04 AM | They get your:

moustafa | 05-06-2011 12:21 AM | not enough info.

bansheezone | 05-15-2011 09:44 PM | You would simply need a new Authorize.net for each account which is what I do all linked to your merchants account, a.net is just a gateway. |

Tell me, are you able to recieve paypal payments for your listings while you are linking a merchant account not a paypal account? |
bansheezone | 05-17-2011 11:37 PM | You can offer Paypal, and offer your merchants account together. The Paypal payments will not be going through your merchants account but, also most people will only want to pay with Paypal then. I got a merchants account to totally get rid of Paypal, but not offering it buyers have to use there credit card to pay me, I am in control of my money not Paypal. |

bansheezone | 05-19-2011 07:02 PM | Just dont offer Paypal only merchant credit card then in your listings, if you get a ball busta who wants to Paypal then let them, this is what I do with no issues. |

this will make you only target people who can pay through their cc while you know that more than 95% of the buyers on ebay just use paypal to pay for their purchases!
Isn't there any gateway to make paypal payments be proceeded and added to your merchant card? |
bansheezone | 05-21-2011 08:56 PM | I have never had an issue with sales with using my merchants vs only using Paypal, if they need the item I am selling which they always do, then they play by my rules. The real business world doesnt revolve around ebay and Paypal. |

can you tell me how to get multi authorize.net from one merchant account?
Thanks |
error | 05-12-2012 03:25 PM | After I added my ID and Key to eBay for my Authorize.net account, it said my account was successful, however it would not let me list it as a form of payment unless I contacted eBay customer support.
When you contact customer support, then want a print out from Authorize.net with your information showing you are the account owner.
So unless the names match on both ends, good luck. |

Just open new authorize.nets | Generally your authorize.net setup and API info is provided by the merchant account provider. Are you getting your multiple authorize accounts from authorize, or from the merchant provider? |
bansheezone | 08-18-2012 01:32 AM | Authorize.net provides you with a login/key, with each new Authorize.net is a new login/key. The merchant bank is its own thing, Authorize.net is just a gateway. |
GrannyT | 08-18-2012 04:48 AM | This is not available in the UK sadly - you have to offer Paypal |
@GTran, even with a merchant account in UK? like proven business with documents etc? |
GrannyT | 08-18-2012 11:22 AM | Even with all that Lumberjack - you can have your own merchant account as well - but most people will use Paypal - 'the buyers choice' | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:39 AM. | |
