I really wouldn't be able to tell you, as I'm not "into" merchant accounts. I really need to find out myself which is better, as I'l be signing up for one soonish...

well 2co and ccnow are worldwide, and you can accept paypal through them. and a lot of people use them here so theyre ok

I just got setup with Charge.com. They can supply you with Authorize.net gateway as well, and I'm in Canada
