Hello i was cruising online and came upon this company that is about to launch called "Pride Payments Network" created by 2 FirstData emplyees.

It has just announced their launch date and i was wondering if this company will be like paypal or will it be a merchant account.

They are still creating their website called pridepay.com but they have a blog:

Anyways, i see the paypal logo in their proccessors logos so i think it would be a usefull service if they are something like ccnow, plimus etc. without the vero problems.

I'm not sure what to make of this.

But any payment processor will not likely want to deal with anything counterfeit. First, they come under pressure not to do so by government and rights holders, and second, people who buy the phakes thinking they are real do chargebacks which could leave them holding the bag.

Unfortunately, this often means that legitimate sellers of genuine goods get caught up in the security measures designed to stop the scammers. And I just don't see an easy answer for that.
