I started over, used the stealth methods + a new ip address=viola new working google checkout account.

Google Checkout is such a fking joke. Get 1 chargeback and they will immediately terminate your account, even after you show them delivery confirmation showing the customer received the item and is attempting fraud.

There's no communication, absolutely no way to resolve the situation with them. I didn't know it was possible to be worse than Paypal but Google Checkout is 10x worse in every way.
