Basic question - Authorize.net
 

Hi all

I'm trying to work out how Authorize.net works with my merchant bank account.

I'm living in Australia right now (from North America originally) and I know that I can sign up for it.

However, what I want to know is how long it will take for Authorize.net to process my payment and put it into my merchant bank account?

I got scammed as a seller on eBay and don't want to get scammed again. If I get a chargeback it's better than losing a thousand dollars worth of merchandise when I can prove everything is legit with my bank manager who have said they will back me up with Authorize.Net

So really what I'm asking is, how long does it take Authorize.Net to pay you? Do you have to prove that you've sent the goods?

Does step 6 really completely happen prior to step 7?
