Can I open a Merchant Account under my brothers name?

Okay, I got limited from Paypal.

I am looking to open up a merchants account but I for sure will not be qualified. My brother has great credit and I am pretty positive he can be qualified.

My questions is, will it matter that the eBay account is a stealth account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information?

Can I create several stealth ebay accounts and use the same merchant account?

If one account gets closed, will all my accounts be linked?

which are the actual merchant accounts which i can use use instead of paypal im confused with all these different cart managers and checkout systems and merchant account alternatives i need to know whic are the real merchant account that will allow me to use ebay to its full potential where i wont have to register for paypal
