Google Checkout closed my account/holding money for 180 days?
 

Conditions

As a result, your account has been closed. Any pending, uncharged and
future transactions made with this account will not be processed.

PAYOUTS

Our records indicate that you have a remaining Checkout account
balance. Per our Terms of Service, we will be holding this final balance in
reserve for up to 180 days after your last transaction was processed.
These funds will be used to offset any refunds, chargebacks, or other claims
against your balance.

SHIPPED ORDERS

If you have shipped any orders for which you have not yet received
payment, we recommend ordering a stop/intercept shipment with your
preferred mail carrier for these orders. If you are unable to stop/intercept shipment, we suggest you attempt to reconcile payment with your buyer directly, as any orders which had not already been paid out to you have been refunded back to your buyer's credit card. You will not receive any future payouts through Checkout.

Google replyed back to me with the following statement.

As mentioned in our previous email, your reserve will be released after 180 days from your last transaction date. For your reference, your last transaction date was 11th Jun 2011. Please feel free to contact us after this 180 day period, for more information regarding your funds deposit.

I have a couple of more questions to ask of the forum.

1.) Google simply closed the accont and said funds will be available in 180 days. They never demanded that I upload photo ID, Bank statement or any invoices other then the account was closed and I can deposit my money in 180 days.

My question is this, will google require I send them any kind of documentation before I get all my money in 180 days? Like when PayPal asks for information some of you will not provide it and simply wait it out for 180 days to get the funds deposited into you aco****. Is google checkout on the same playing field or will it be harder to get my money after 180 days? I have about $1,500in there locked-up so I would like to know what's ahead for me. Also, anyway to get an early withdrawl on the funds? PayPal does this but does google also? Thanks!
