Does CCNOW share any information with Payal?
 

Yep that's it really!
For example, if I was open a CCNOW account with real information and set up a shopping cart, could I buy from myself using a stealth Paypal secure in the knowledge that paypal have no access to any of my personal information?
Would like to use it as a way of withdrawing funds without giving paypal my bank account information.

they do not see it, but you can only have one ccnow to one paypal, which is expensive. I think I got linked when I used it on more than one, acc flagged and when I got 180 days on one they limited other one, but I got second one restored, suppose not enought proof as I was careful with everything else eg ip cooky

Yes you can because everything that paypal sees that your stealth paypal is buying something from ccnow, and not directly from you, so you are safe.

But dont create just shopping cart, buy hosting space I recommend you hostgator (buy the cheapest package I think its $8.95 a month I use it myself) look for web for some shop templates and creatt and setup your web store integrated with ccnow chopping cart and add a lot of products. Dont add only 1 or 2 products make it look real and then you will be fine.

The CCN ow invoice generated will show the name of the ccn ow account registree. So that info comes out. If you operate fully stealth there would be no cause to worry.
