anyone use serve from American express?

I jusat read the service agreement, and it looks kind of like PayPal's. Specificlally, they reserve the right to limit accounts, refuse transaction, close accounts etc at their sole discretion.

But it could be good, at least for awhile.

I don't think that PayPal is so difficult because they WANT TO BE DIFFICULT, but they are under CONSTANT ATTACK from fraudsters and con artists. Serve could easily end up the same way.
