I am interested in opening a PayMate account but was wondering on some of the details.

The account this paymate account will be linked with has 400+ feedback at 100%.

How long does it take for the funds to transfer into my bank account? Is there any waiting periods for new paymate customers like a 21 day hold or something?

I use Paymate and I love it. There are no holds at all. It is just like a regular merchant account. Once the payment has been cleared by Paymate's fraud detection it is automatically transferred to your bank account. You do not go to make withdrawals.

But in order to sign up for Paymate you have to give them your SSN # and they perform a credit check. The account is actually backed by American Express. So basically your credit has to be good enough to qualify for a AMEX card.
