GCO Account Verification Question.

Hello everyone, I opened a GCO merchant account with all of my real information, as I have nothing to hide. Im NOT selling with listing or anything like that, I only have 2 customers that I know in person, and we decided to use GCO to handle the payments. MY customers have no complaints and everything is on the up and up. My only problem is google wants:

Business catalog or brochure with company name
Inventory receipts or supplier contact information
Identification card or proof of address
Copy of professional license

But the only thing I have from the list is my ID card.
I dont have any catalogs or invoices, I buy products from garage sales and flee markets (antiques). What can I do to get the ball rolling, I have about 1k in my account as of now, and it appears I cant withdraw it until this is addressed.

Thanks very much in advance.

From my understanding, GCO does this to accounts that don't have a public business URL listed and operate primarily through email invoices. Try fixing either of those issues if possible :bounce:

I dont have a website, I dont need one for the type of business I run. Yes, I am email invoicing my customers, but im not sure how else im supposed to charge my customers. Is there some other information I can provide to them aside from a website? I dont recall it saying anything about requiring a website when signing up. Will sending my photo ID be enough? What should I do?

I'm pretty sure if you provide a business URL where the transactions take place, then you'll be fine. Otherwise, you'll have to provide the documents they requested. You might be able to get away with a valid ID if you tell them what you're doing and they're okay with it.

So I should just upload my ID and a description of what I am doing and why I don't have a business URL, and I should be alright?

Yes, from the beggining it would have been nice if you added a url information and this gave you off.

Also, if you can try and open the GCO with the business email and avoid the verification entirely. I tested this and it's accuracy will stun you. Always at least include a false ssn/ein and use a url for your account it could help skip there security team.
