No payout from ccnow! help!
 

Hi everyone.
Ok I am starting to loose my sleep over this.
I have been with ccnow for about 6 months now and overall they were pretty ok...
lately I've been having problems with them.
I was on payout schedule and was to receive ~600$ on the first of june. Now whenever they payout the money is in my bank account the next day or the day after tops.
It has now been over 7 days, I've emailed them numerous times, but no one answers.
I am starting to get worried that the money is gone.
Any thoughts or advice on this?

Use the in-service contact feature in the ccn ow account. Perhaps the guy who does support is away...

tried everything, including that.

do you think they could have lost the money?

Havent had that happen to me so I would keep the faith for now...

it's getting kinda hard since it's been 10 days and ccnow is being incredibly difficult in the customer support area. i've been trying to get them to tell me the transaction number so i can go to my bank and ask them to trace it, but i got nothing. i am actually starting to think that they stole the money.

So any updates on this?

just got news yesterday that my bank got the money but deposited them into someone else's account, idiots. now waiting for them to transfer the money into mine.
so turns out ccnow is ok, although their customer service could do a lot better.
