Been trying to login to my CCNow account for 3 days but it keeps saying customer logins are not available due to maintenence?

Is everyone else having this problem at the minute?

Yeah, it was down for about 3-4 days. Bad news is that Digital River is closing down the platform. Hard to believe it wasn't lucrative enough to keep it going.

5% fee - should have been lucrative - think too many abusers too though

CCNOW not delivering product
 

Yes, I have been trying for several months to get them to deliver my order. Now, they just won't respond.

i did a withdrawal months ago and still havent received it - $260

They are still paying me but yeah, their support seems to be a room of 3 guys who only work days.

So true, their holding $1,400 an change, no payout this november 1st. and was told to wait until November 16th. for a payout. Had this account since 2010, they need deposit this cash into my account asap, or I'm speaking to my attorney, how many commercial investment accounts they don't have that their company is going broke from all our deposit funds.

the one guy "Joseph" is super funny he just gives you an answer for the top of his head. Moving to 2CO for email invoicing panel, personally I'm glad they closing down.
