It seems like a pretty good service to me. Takes a while to get an email saying someone bought something from you but other than that no issues.

just an update from me, Ive been using CCNow for a couple of years and still using since the transaction period.
Overall my service has improved, confirmation emails are quicker hitting my account and my fortnightly payments hit my bank account in UK within 1 day.
Ive never had my account limited, stopped, never been asked for I.D, never been asked to send any documents to CCNow since day 1.
An absolute god send.
I recently move home so managed to set up a new legit paypal account in my own name, address, bank account and bank card. New account holder 21 day limitations applied. As soon as my 21 day limitation started running out and funds were released, my account was CLOSED, not even limited. With £700 in it.
After a few emails my account was put into limited status, had to send photo ID, bank statements, credit card statements, details of items sold etc. My paypal account is now back in good standing and in use but still the 3 week limitation applies.

I can fairly say that CCNOW is way better now, very comprehensive, I also just got approved for PayPal Payments Pro, but with ccnow I don't see a problem.
I had two transactions thus far, and although, both times I was at fault they were still cool about the whole thing, I won't get into details but I was told they're coming out with a whole new website, and an app. Which compared to WePay, Square will probably beat the completion if an app is implemented. I'm getting the PP-Here reader delivered soon, so I will see how that works, to be honest I'm tired of my own terminal with RBS. I process too many in-store credit cards and the customers always ask if I have PayPal which I do, but I hate using it for in-store payments with services. I will keep my eyes open for ccnow, maybe the fees are lowered, they can hurt the seller's pocket.

Agree that fees were higher at about 5% but a solid service except for the 1st payment to bank waiting period...after that regular, on time, no issues.

I was Sandy up until about beginning of January - kind of lost touch with the service during the whole fiasco of shutting down, being bought out, shut down again and rebought.
I was hoping to build a new CCNow account next week - it's on a list of experiments to do but...man the time is sometimes an issue :(

Yes, even under the new ownership. I still have yet to ever speak to them, and had 5 deposits i believe already at least or more this year. Like i said before i have had ccnow for years now .
All deposits are over 5,000 at minimum , 2 times a month like clockwork. Cant even tell they are under new ownership. Nothing changed at all for me. Love them.
Once you got ebay feedback and send invoice , people look and say sure il do ccnow send me invoice so i can save money with your discount and free shipping. And like 2 times a month i will tell seller once item is received and about to get positive feedback i say. Il send you 50% back if you put. Trust seller and ccnow invoice same as paypal. Wow great seller. Etcccc. Lol. So when people read feedback they see specifically ive received positive feedback mentioning ccnow with no drama. All customers then email ahead if time alot and say. Can i do ccnow payment you mention about in feedback so i can get your discount and free shipping?
Sorry, I write so much in my answers guys and gals. I will try to be shorter.

Suggest you go to CCNOW and raise a support ticket to discuss in depth these questions.
You can report back to the forum. |

Any recent experiences with CCNow? I am seeing few new accounts - just wondering on the website requirements now.
