CCnow OR Cart manager isn't allowed by ebay. What do I do
 

Just call eBay, get informed that CCnow OR Cart manager is not allowed?!

Is it right?

That's right - they are not acceptable processors by eB - but you can use them to accept cc payments via eB IF you have a merchant account...need to prove that

Is it legal to use CCnow if I have a merchant account?
 

Thanks Rsot. After seeing your reply, I called eBay, they answered me that they only have three merchant payment gateways: Payflow, Authorize.Net, CyberSource.

It means that I must at first get approve from eBay in using one of these three merchant payment gateways. And then integrate CCnow or cart manager in my account?

Is it worth doing all of these steps?

It is a little complicated for me, I am newbie here.

Worth doing all of these? Only if you are ready - if it's complicated for you...you have a lot of reading.

I contact my buyers when they win directly and try and cajole them into paying via CCNow...if they dont, well (although I dont like pp) I work the standard way of pp or Skrill (accepted payment method).

Work with the basics for now - paypal...as you read about how to set up merchant account.
