CC Now - not showing payments

I just signed up for CC NOW - a customer said she paid yesterday but I did not have any emails or confirmation from CC Now that she has paid.

She forwarded me the email she got from CC Now saying the status is pending. I looked up the order number she gave me - and it said stat code, awaiting batch processing.

How come I did not receive any emails from CC NOW saying my customer paid ? I also do not see her payment at all in my CC NOW

Because her payment has not CLEARED yet - you will get e-mail when status is processed. Orders CAN fail on batch processing...give it time to process. Tell her the situation and keep open communication going.

Be careful with your payments. Watch them especially if you are accessing CCNOW with a foreign IP.
