How Canadians Can open Googlecheckout account

Since google doesn't offer its services in canada i was wondering is there any way around for canadians to open a google checkout account.

As i know if you have us bank account you can use. But you need to use f a ke adress...

You need a US bank account (no address needed) plus a US-based credit card, for this you can use simon giftcard or other visa/mc giftcard
