Can buyer send payment using PP Balance, & I received with merchant account?
 

For instance they will be paying with their PP Balance but instead of receiving it in my PP, I'll receive it in other Payment processor/merchant accts. Possible?

Not unless your merchant account accepts PayPal...

CCNow accepts PayPal.. it's US only last I checked. :p

Can you confirm with me if it's accepting international members. Or you mean 'US' for ebay?

i see that they've increased their levels of acceptance on international orders but i dont see anything about people being able to sign up from other countries...

If anything, go ahead and try signing up, if you dont get a roadblock (i.e no where to put your actual address or list your country), then their functions havent changed

I have a ccnow account here in Canada. I believe they allows sellers from other international countries as well. 2checkout also accepts paypal and they allow international sellers. Also, you can withdraw your funds using their mastercard if you wish.

CCNow has accepted international sellers and customers for quite some time, as stated earlier we do accept PayPal payments on behalf of your customers and then we send the funds to your CCNow account.
