Looking payment processor with easy signup

Which payment processing company has easy signup / application process?
Just like stripe, but looking for alternatives.

As in fast processing time or as in you don't need to send them paperwork?

Authorize.net seem simple. Similar to Stripe. Takes about 2 days to open though. Stripe is the fastest I know of.
