Default 180 days passed, but getting an error message "can't process your request..."

Hi,

My US PayPal got limited with some funds on it, but when I try to withdraw it im keep getting an error message as bellow,

"cant process your request please check your info and try again"

When I talk to PP they said im login from a VPN service and ask me to login from a regular internet connection inside US without using a VPN service.

I've read on the forum and saw some people have withdraw their funds by calling them, I believe they all live inside US.

However, does anyone withdraw the funds by accessing the PP by a different method ? like, VPS or RDP ( Remote Desktop Portal ) or any other method ?

Please advice on this

means if you have to call them......they will fix the lock on the account......

Try calling them.

And what VPN did you use anyways? IPBurger or something else?

Im using Strong VPN service, but still they say im changing my location and said im using VPN service and ask me to login from a regular internet connection inside US.

However, do you have any suggestions to use a different VPN, VPS service or any other method to login and talk to PayPal without showing my actual location ?

I really need to withdraw the funds from that PP account

Yes I did talk to them but the problem was the location i using to login to my PP account, I've tried using a VPN (Strong VPN) services but it didnt go well, any suggestions to login to my PP without letting PP to see whether im using a VPN service ?
Please help on this

Have you tried to call them over VOIP networks?

The only way to not make a VPN visible is basically renting a VPS and then setting up your very own VPN. Need some skills though.

use socks5 in same city and state as paypal, if that does not work, call paypal again until you get a customer rep that will help you.....some of them wont help or are mentally slow.

No I call them via Google Voice, but they say im using a VPN service, due to that reason they said they cannot help.

However one reseller on aspking advised to use 24VC.com fresh Dedicated IP, have you got any clue if that will work ?

Just now login to my limited PP via fresh dedicated IP which I have bought recently then I make call, this is what has happened.

1st call,

They didn't even said im using a VPN or login from a different location but they ask me to answer the public record information questions and all the answers I gave was wrong and said they cannot link my bank account or they cannot help me to withdraw the funds to my bank account, so I hangup.

2nd call,

They said im using a VPN or hiding my current location and ask me to login from the actual location and said they can help to withdraw the funds after that. due to the fact im not inside US I have no idea what to do now.

I think now I need to purchase a good VPS :(

if its a usa paypal account get a check. have to have a contact though with usa person with address to get the check though that you trust........and deposit it into a foreign bank account mobile check deposit........through phone......

I was having the SAME exact problem. Here are the steps I took to move the funds..Go To Help, and then search for this link..https://imgur.com/a/8EC9KUK

Click Withdrawal Money and It will take you to the "Old Way" of withdrawing.

It didnt worked for me, did you login it to your PP account from a VPN or dedicated IP or anything ? or are you login from a regular internet connect inside US and withdraw the funds ?

I have a friend live inside US and I can ask him to receive the check, problem is can my friend deposit a check which is not under his name to a foreign bank account via mobile check deposit option ?

Hi all,

I've successfully withdraw funds from limited PP by calling them. I have two PP accounts and one is a business account.

I've tried many times to call PP but it was not successful, they said number reasons why they cannot help me to withdraw funds like im using a VPN service etc.

however yesterday when I call them one representative has downgraded my PP account to personal one and ask me go to the below link www.paypal.com/wdfunds

Then the PP is redirecting to the old version of PP and I was able to withdraw the funds to my bank account.

My suggestion is you have to keep calling them until you succeed.

And yes, it's well known that the monkeys that take your phone call in Paypal are really random. Most won't help, but some will and know how.

Which VPN were you using btw? IPBurger or something else?
