I never called you a liar, I just need the blow by blow keystroke by keystroke.......line by line section by section so I know their is no miscommunication......

you can't add numbers on paypal anymore..........if you lost access to old phone number your fvcked.......

unless you can call and answer the database questions then they will do whatever you want.

Hey Jarsky- Don't know what your problem is. Maybe in Italy you can't add or change a phone number without calling in. I've changed numbers and let them age 3-4 weeks and am passing quick security checks with new numbers on about 50 accounts in the past 2 months- as recently as 2 weeks ago. Please stop questioning my personal experience. Thanks.

There's no need to be rude and since you're not a moderator, there's also no need to tell others what they can or can not post.
