How can a scam site stay open and accept PayPal payments?
 

Hi!
I've came across some instagram / facebook ads.
There were sites advertising items from indiegogo or other kickstarter like sites, where the item has picutres, videos but are not yet delivered.
BUT the items are advertised way under the indiegogo price!

Still up after 2-3 weeks I seen it.

Domain recently registered after it was expired, Shopify store and they accept PayPal.

How can they still be up and not limited, and our real, product shipping, no-complaints businesses get limited / banned by PayPal?

I'm sure these ads receive lots of orders as they even listed a $500 smart coffee table for $35... Who wouldn't like that / order that? People love gadgets. Even I'd order it if I didn't do any googling before.

you probably see the ones they haven't caught yet. But the rest that are caught you don't see
