I tried this but it didn't work for me - when I go to paypal.com it still asks me to receive a text message or a call and I don't have access to this phone number.

Any other solution?

Have the same problem this week
Earlier it was easy to avoid sms-verification through different merchants. But now I couldn't do it

Just try another store and try again. I have tried it on several websites and it will work on https://www.adidas.com/us/men.

The easy and right way - order pre-paid sim country of your stealth account and use it. Because I now have Sms verification every time when log-in in PayPal.

Today seems they have patched and fixed paypal developer workaround...
Untill yesterday, if you log in the paypal developer page, no security check showed up, and then going to paypal.com you was in your account home page..
Today, tried 2 mins ago...does not work anymore

There is no bypass anymore. Someone in the darknet selling the method for $250.00 but i don't believe it. Just call paypal and let them change the phone number. That's the best solution for you.
