as far as what happens to me...... first one is okay... 2nd one is 7 day selling restriction... 3rd one is 30 day selling restriction..... 4th one your done.... that has just been my personal...

I agree.. you dont need the same IP.... but i would first browse, etc for a few days using your new IP and stay with that one .... and then list an item after a few days of browsing

Normally it cant be avoided, if the account is over 90 days old it doesnt seem to happen as much. The best thing to do is call in until you get a rep from India, then you should be okay, they dont...

you really should use new ones just to be safe..... BUT.... i have re-used them before over several accounts, but i dont recommend it.....

yes, this happened to me, the first Ebay rep was in the U.S. and immediately went to the public database, then told me to fax info in etc.... so after we hung up, i simply called back within a couple...
