wont work, you will get an MC113. I did the same thing and ebay told me they bannedme after i was linked to another previous suspended account even tho i added the paypal to the listing, not linking...

start the listing as a loss leader for 4-5 sales then bump the price up. works a charm for me, i usually get top page listing within 24 hours

yeah i hate some of those arrogant lazy indian reps. In my early days of stealth, it took me 15 - FIFTEEN! attempts to chat with an eBay rep to remove my MC113 listing.
Now i dont bother chatting...
