no it would only roll over if you didnt touch the £1600 mark and NOT receive the notice inside paypal.

Because once you get the email and notice, you have around 120 days to send in the docs...

well do you sell the items outlined on the court order?

is the address on the court order the same as yours?

if not, and the name is different then you may need to contact paypal to correct it.

well since you are spending less than £500 on the account, then take the risk.

Im not sure why you came asking for advice and when told why it can go wrong it is now an issue. Not all sellers here...

if you take ONLY the ebay account you have still the same amount of risk.

If he gets his original paypal closed or has a negative balance from any claim, your paypal that you add will get affected...

it is not wise to buy a ebay without the paypal attached to it,

if he ever gets his original paypal closed it will cause risk to your account and same goes if you got the new paypal you used...

this ' we cant send your payment right now' is a soft limit and usually goes away after 72 hours from first try.

if it blocks you from sending funds, dont keep doing it over and over and over...

there is a limit to the amount of times you can make payments on your ebay account.
You need to wait till 24 hours passes since your last payment went through before trying again.
