The correct solution is to ban the seller and refund the buyer. Seller violating eBay policy will always trump every other issue.

I'm reasonably sure eBay either doesn't check or lets people use multiple accounts from 3rd party software. I know for a fact that you can link Inkfrog accounts but I have never heard of anyone...

Generally 3rd party software is safe to use since eBay sees the software's IP and not the software user's. But you could always make sure by asking them.

2. but not combined with #1. That's just asking to be banned. Either get an address further away that you have access to or get a post office or private mail...

Feedbacks don't matter on eBay anymore and hasn't mattered in a couple of years. Risking your account, how ever minute the risk, is not worth it anymore.

They probably could if they hired private investigators and such, but from normal EIN# lookup, they will not match it to your personal info. Amazon may if you sell a vast amount there, but not eBay....

Remember, it's not how many packages you send out, it's how much $ you take home in the end. I have this $1 item I sell for $5 including shipping, which I don't make any money on but it's fantastic...

My VPN accidentally gave me a IP in Canada (I'm in US), and I got a document request within 3 days. I don't think it's coincidence since this account had no problems since 2012 until this happened.

The feature is fine. But I dropped Inkfrog because it was buggy and some of those bugs would be fatal if eBay paid attention to your accounts.

4. It's not practical to have 100 LLCs' because it would cost you roughly $1050 to maintain each LLC each year if you had Wyoming LLCs and California shipping address.
