Google "uk ltd company formation" you can get docs for 11 pounds why waste 100's of euros. (NON UK citizens can run ltd company in uk which is legal)

you need one director and one shareholder...

Once the card is good , it will allow you to navigate to other sections .
It applies for UK ,USA and CANADA . since i have tried in all market places.
Few sellers around here sell those cards . USA...
