I sell cheap items i even loose money sometimes i always sell 80-90% of my limit i know i will get the increase, i wanna be able to make high selling accounts i will keep trying to i get the right...

If your paypal account is verified meaning CC an Bank when you go ship you item with paypal it will give a option to print the shipping label an pay when the money is available

card.com will do mismatch names i have 4 account with them no problems

They can leave Neg Feedback any time you can contact seller to remove it or appeal it with ebay.. Some Advice for you always ship using tracking information
