No. eBay can't take fees from a PayPal account that is permanently limited.

I don't anymore. I can't remember the last time I got a duplicate IP so gave up logging them. No issues since and it's been 3/4 years.

Why would you use PayPal for this type of business?

Cash or bank transfer.

Either provide them what they are asking for or potentially say goodbye to the funds. Very 'high risk' business.

This is the only real and trustworthy forum to buy from. Pick any seller really. I doubt you'll face any issues. The UK guys are very good and I'm sure US guys are equally as good.

It's cost me roughly £2.50 if I need a VCC. Normally only 50p max as I use a dongle across many accounts so this is a shared cost. In the UK it's very easy to obtain high limits....

In the UK. Majority of what we manufacture is cheaper to manufacture here than have it imported from China.

I use EE, o2 and Vodafone sims. No need to top up. Once its in your phone its active and can accept sms.

You get free sims from most networks.

Yes. Why not your own? Doesn't have to be a current account. Can be a basic account or savings account. You can use your sons but I wouldn't if it's a kids account.

Bank account only for withdrawals with UK PayPal.

Add any UK bank account that has a sort code and account number. Names don't need to match.

Tenant is ok with it so you wont have any problems. From my experience your local sorting office will even send out a parcel with postie again the next day if you are not in. They don't like parcels...

Withdraw it all in one go. It will hit your account immediately. Ive never been asked for ID after i have received the eligible to withdraw email paypal send when 180 days is up.
