Ebay does whatever's cheapest. Automated seller dumping/rotation. Sellers are a dime a dozen to them. Instead of answering phone complaints (more expensive Ebay workers) just use a feedback algorithm...

PP will be there for sellers at least. An EB acct is only good for buying on EB. EB doesn't want the money that sellers collect to go to the bank just yet. They will be buying with their PP accts...

Well in the PP memo it did have that limp word 'generally' so perhaps PP is like it has always been with the 'pick and chose' way of limiting you.
Plus it's a big deal to limit thousands of accts...

When you open a new free Inkrog you have to go through the token process. It's just like stealth so you have to have a fresh IP and user acct etc.... After that you can log into each Inkfrog all day...

Don't you see? When you are 'verified' right at the beginning you ad a card/bank pow verified. Why send a message we are changing....why change if you are verified? Why not 'Unverified acct's cannot...

Fully verified means names that are real, living at that address with drivers licences etc...the party is over for the above 35 accts mentioned let alone 2 or 3. Plus what if they ask for your SS#...

Why go with Ayden when you have PP ebay? Why not change PP into a Ayden? There is something wrong with having PP around instead of a no name processor from nowhere...very odd move.
