Depending on your method of account creation sometimes money will be deducted from your entropay and sometimes it will not. You do not have to confirm any amounts. If paypal do take from the entropay...

I also opened the Santander basic and am using both the account numbers attached to the account and have received payments from paypal on both now so it all seems to be working well. Easy to open...

I mean unless the bank account that you are trying to attach (TSB) accepts mismatched names it is pointless adding it. There is a doubt in my mind that TSB 100% does accept mismatched names.
