Trick is to list items you can buy used from yard sales, garage sales and thrift stores.

I build 500 sellers accounts up by doing this and have not lost any account in going on 4 years now.

Not worth it, use multiple accounts and dont limit yourself or be controlled by them.

Nothing avoids it anymore. You can do this for a few months and if they see that you could possibly hit this...

Not a glitch in most cases.

This is most of the time a SOFT HOLD by paypal as something has caught the bots eye and they are looking at the account.

Sending money around paypals is risky and...

Some public ips are still good because no one has abused them.

Others not so well.

No need to use public ips with all the cheap ways to get a good solid ip anymore.
