Use a REAL,non-voip phone number as always.
Although You can use VoIP phone numbers (like Google Voice) for verification but it may cause suspension to your accounts.

Try making USA accounts so you can comment on this.
UK accounts are waaaay too easy to create and manage than USA accounts.

Why would a 'normal user' use a Datacenter IP? Seems too sketchy right? That's why you are getting suspended no matter what you do....
