The first account I submitted on July 13, the process for checking ID took just 2-3 hours.

However, the second account I submitted on July 15, nothing yet.

You can give PayPal stealth details, and then on:

https://www.ocado.com/settings/address-book, add a new address with your real address, search a postcode and then Enter address manually, and fill...

Hello,

It always works for me on UK PP, never tested on US PP:

1. First of all, you'll need a landline attached to your PayPal account.

2. Just use the classic PayPal interface:
